Fine Jewelry, Custom Items such as rings, and all 'sale" items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Beaded bracelets, rings and necklaces are eligible for exchange only (no returns) within 10 days of delivery date, if not, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
You may return unworn, non-customized necklaces or earrings within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (based on USPS timestamp date received).

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item.
We understand that every situation is unique and although these are our general policies, we handle every situation on a case to case basis. Please contact us with any concerns.
We take great pride in the quality of our work. However, handmade jewelry is not indestructible and it's delicate in the manner of all things handmade. Please visit our jewelry care and Jewelry warranty pages for additional information on the care of your jeweladi pieces.
Exchanges
Because every item is made by hand, to order we do not allow order changes or cancellations after 24 hours.
If you are unable to measure correctly and accidentally order the wrong size bracelet and need it to be resized, please know that you are responsible for all shipping charges a $15 resizing fee.
